I partner with organizations to give their physicians and leaders direct access to private, high-discretion psychotherapy and consultation with a physician and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands institutional culture from the inside.

I have also designed and taught mindfulness-based stress reduction courses for medical students, residents, and practicing physicians at UC Irvine’s Susan Samueli Center since 2015.

How Engagements Work

Services are provided on a Business-to-Business (B2B) 1099 basis through Nicole Reilly Therapy, A Professional Corporation.

•Practice Fee Structure: The established corporate concierge and specialty provider rate is $250 per 50-minute clinical session or consultation.

• Independent Merchant Model: The practice operates completely independently of third-party commercial insurance networks and health insurance panels. All operations run on an upfront payment model: cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.

​

• Autonomous Security: We maintain an entirely independent, HIPAA-compliant EHR infrastructure, private direct text triage/scheduling systems, and comprehensive individual professional liability insurance.
